Law Firm That Will Fight For Your Best Interests.

Putting 30 Years Of Experience To Work For People Of New Jersey

Shortly after earning a law degree from Seton Hall University Law School in 1984, Richard L. Kuhrt founded the law firm of Kuhrt & Femia, which later grew to Weiner, Conti, Kuhrt & Femia. In 2004, Richard L. Kuhrt branched out to form a solo practice. Finally, David W. Kuhrt and Paul Femia joined to form Kuhrt, Femia & Kuhrt, L.L.C., where we put our legal experience to work for personal injury clients in Elizabeth and elsewhere in New Jersey.

Not only are we active in our own community, but we are also active in the legal community. Richard is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and was selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers from 2015 through 2020. Only about 5 percent of attorneys are selected for inclusion annually.*
